HPE GreenLake lets a business consume infrastructure as a service instead of buying it outright. The scope now runs from compute and storage through private cloud, with virtual machine and Kubernetes management unified under one console. It is the operational backbone behind HPE's Private Cloud and Private Cloud AI offerings, and its pitch is continuity: buyers running both virtualized and containerized workloads can manage both without standing up a separate operational silo. GreenLake competes directly with Dell APEX and Lenovo TruScale as the three major enterprise as-a-service consumption models.
