For about 15 years, Krisada Eaton worked directly inside the IBM reseller world, building search strategy, content systems, and digital marketing around IBM Power Systems, IBM i, AS400, enterprise infrastructure, software, hardware support, and related technology markets.

That work kept exposing the same problem. A reseller may have the expertise, inventory, certifications, and relationships buyers need, but the official website can only answer so many searches before it becomes too broad, too thin, or too hard to maintain.

The answer was not another brochure site. It was a connected discovery system: focused pages, resource sites, vendor research, buyer education, data feeds, and AI-readable signals that let a reseller show up around more of the decision.
