For about 15 years, Krisada Eaton worked directly inside the IBM reseller world. The work was search strategy, content systems and digital marketing, built around IBM Power Systems, IBM i and the AS400 installed base.

That work kept exposing the same problem. A reseller can have all the expertise, inventory and certifications a buyer needs. The official website still only answers so many questions before it becomes too broad, too thin, or too much work to keep current.

The answer was not another brochure site. It was a connected discovery system rather than one website.
